Khine Minn Soe was born 1978 in Rakhine, Myanmar. In 1999 he graduated from State School of Fine Arts (Yangon).

Khine Minn Soe paints still life and landscape. Always the perfectionist, he continues to add movement to his still life in his own inimitable style.

Since 1999, he has been participating regularly in art exhibitions in Myanmar.
Khine Minn Soe’s works are in private collections in Myanmar and overseas.
